Do you have a coupon? Then fill it out on the payment page via discount coupon and the amount will be deducted directly from the total.
Does the product not quite meet your expectations?
Items purchased through florismoo.nl can be returned for a full refund of the cost of the item, provided they are returned unused, in its original packaging and in saleable condition (entirely depending on Florismoo's judgment).
Bicycles made especially for the customer cannot be returned, especially bikes from Vrum and Véli.
If you return your product within the cooling-off period (14 days after purchase), the cost of the product will be refunded to you upon receipt.
The costs for the return shipment outside the Netherlands and the shipping costs that were charged with the order will not be reimbursed!
